A: All items are made in China.

Q: Do you have a local store?

A: At this time, we only have an online store.

Q. Where is my order dispatched from and by which carrier?

A: All orders are dispatched from Sydney Australia and carried by Australia Post.

Q. How can I track my order?

A: A notification with your tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Q. Can I return my items if the size or colour is wrong?

A: We want you to feel good about shopping with Tutu du Monde. If something’s not right—whether it’s the size, colour, or just not what you expected—you’re welcome to return it for an exchange or a refund. Please Contact Us before returning the items and we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
