RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take great care in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If something isn’t quite right, our team will be happy to assist.

This policy outlines our return options in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to exchange a full-priced item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with valid proof of purchase.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• unused
• in perfect condition
• with all original tags attached
• in the original packaging

Items must be returned in saleable condition. Returns that show signs of wear, stains, scent, damage, alteration, or pet/human hair may be declined and returned to the customer.

 

SALE ITEMS

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Items marked SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders, pre-order items, bulky items, or items ordered directly from suppliers may not be eligible for return if they are no longer required.

If you have any questions regarding special order items, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs when sending items back for exchange or return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

If a returned item is not received in its original condition, a reduction in refund or store credit value may apply.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

Please follow the steps below to return your item:

  1. Ensure your item meets the return criteria and is returned within 14 days of delivery. 
  2. Package the item securely with its original packaging and is returned within 14 days of delivery. 
  3. Send the parcel to:  PO Box 4295, New South Wales 2223, Australia. 
  4.  Once the parcel has been posted, please email us at boojaboojabee@gmail.com with your order number and tracking no. 

Failure to follow the return instructions may result in delays or the return being declined.

Booja Booja Bee reserves the right to reject returns that are sent outside the return period or not in original condition.

 

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at boojaboojabee@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Once confirmed, we will provide instructions to return the item and arrange for the correct item to be sent.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products and will resolve genuine faults in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Depending on the nature of the fault, we may offer:

• repair
• replacement
• refund (if the item cannot be repaired or replaced)

Approved returns must be sent back promptly for assessment.

 

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A FAULT

The following situations are not considered faults and are treated as change-of-mind returns:

• minor colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings
• natural variations in lace, embroidery, fabric placement or pattern
• small measurement differences within manufacturing tolerances
• creasing from shipping that can be removed by steaming
• fit, sizing, colour, or style preference
• damage caused by wear, washing, alteration or improper handling

If you require assistance with sizing, colour matching, or styling, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.

 

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in brand-new, saleable condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging (including any dust bags or hygiene seals). Returns showing signs of wear, damage, stains, scent, alterations, or pet/human hair may be declined and returned to the customer.

Returns based on fit, sizing, colour, or style preference are considered change of mind. Orders placed for multiple items to compare sizes or colours are also treated as change-of-mind returns.

Minor variations in colour, lace pattern, or fabric placement may occur and are not considered faults. If you require clarification or exact colour matching for events or photography, please contact us prior to ordering.

All purchases are subject to our Returns Policy. Additional orders placed due to time constraints may be returned if they meet the return conditions.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

• SALE items
• Sample or seconds items
• Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be possible and a processing fee may apply to cover payment transaction costs.
