We do ship to worldwide. The international delivery time frame depends on the locations, it takes within 5-30 business days to arrive. Please be noted that we cannot promise the expected delivery dates due to some circumstances beyond our control.

All our domestics and international orders are carried by Australia Post.

Tracking info

A dispatch confirmation email with the tracking no. will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. You can track the delivery status of your orders. Our processing time frame for the order is 1-4 business days that doesn’t include in the shipping time frame.

Liability

Please keep in mind that once we dispatch the orders, delivery dates can be delayed by circumstances beyond our control and may be updated by the AU Post after dispatch.

We will try our very best to ensure all orders reach the customers safely and on time, however we hold no liability for lost, damages or delayed parcels. In the meantime, we are not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided. When a parcel is returned from the courier and needs to be shipped to a correct address the customer is liable for the expense of re-shipping.

One the return is inspected and the refund processed, the full refunds will be returned to the account used to make the payment.
